What could a business look like if every single leader in it used coaching every single day?
I never imagined that I would become the first black woman to do anything. And yet, in March 2020, I unwittingly achieved the accolade of becoming the first ever black woman to work for the London Mozart Players. Now, I know what you're thinking - "She must be an absolutely, brilliantly amazing superhuman being to have achieved such a feat" - and in some ways, you'd be right. After all, being based in the multicultural melting pot that is Croydon, people of colour aren't exactly hard to come by, so it could only be because of my sheer tenacity and brilliance that I came to find myself in this auspicious organisation.
